Hour 1 — Your Map
We identify your current pattern (anxious, avoidant, over-giving, secure) and the exact Italian Method levers that shift it fastest.
Hour 2 — Your Scripts
Live rewriting of your real text messages, voice notes and upcoming conversations using the Espresso Line, Florence Trigger and Amore Loop.
Hour 3 — Your Week
A personal 7-day plan: the signals you will send, the ones you will stop sending, and the one Saturday-to-Saturday reset you will run.

Common questions about the Live Intensive
Is this live or recorded?
Live. You join on video in real time, ask questions, and get your own scripts rewritten in front of you. A replay is provided to attendees only after the session ends.
How many women are in the room?
The cohort is capped intentionally so every woman can ask something live. That’s the reason most 2026 dates sold out.
Do I need the Italian Method book first?
No. The Live Intensive stands on its own and covers the core framework. If you already own the book, the session deepens and personalizes what’s in it.
What if I can’t attend the full three hours live?
Attendees receive the session replay for personal review. Live participation is recommended because that’s where your own situation is worked on in real time.
Is this therapy?
No. The Italian Method Live Intensive is an educational coaching-style masterclass. It does not replace therapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice.
